Yes. Sweat Social is designed to feel welcoming and supportive. You won’t be left to figure things out on your own — everything is coached, and you’ll be made to feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.
Not at all. All fitness levels are welcome. We scale everything to you, so you can build up at your pace and leave feeling proud (not overwhelmed).
That’s more common than you think. Most people feel nervous before their first session — and that’s exactly why the community side matters. You’ll be encouraged, not judged.
Both! Loads of people come solo and quickly feel part of the group. You’re also welcome to bring friends or family — it’s always a good vibe either way.
No stress. Everything is scalable — we can change the weight, reps, tempo, or swap the movement completely so you still get a great workout and feel good doing it.
We’ll start with a simple warm-up, I’ll demo the movements, then you’ll move through a circuit. You’ll always know what you’re doing — and I’m there coaching the whole time.
Memberships are monthly subscriptions (you’re covered for the whole month, not pay-per-session).
